Return & Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want every canvas to feel right in your home. If it doesn't, we will make it right. This is not a standard e-commerce return policy — it is how we actually operate.

Damaged on Arrival 

If your canvas arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it immediately. No restocking fees. No lengthy return process. Damaged on arrival means something went wrong on our end — we fix that.

Doesn't Look Right in Your Space

If you receive your canvas and it doesn't look right in your space — wrong scale, different tone than expected, anything — contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to find a solution: a different size, a different piece, or a refund. Art is personal. We know that. We do not penalize buyers for that reality.

What We Need From You

  • A brief description of the issue
  • A photo (if the item is damaged)

We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

What We Do Not Offer

  • We do not accept returns on custom-sized pieces.
  • We do not offer returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
  • We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
