Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to addresses within the United States. No minimum order required. No codes needed. Every order ships free.

Production Time

Every canvas is built to order in our New Braunfels, Texas studio. Production time is 3–5 business days from the date of your order. We do not ship from finished inventory — your piece is made when you order it.

Shipping Time

After production, standard shipping transit time is typically 3–7 business days within the US. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days of the order date (production + transit combined).

Packaging

Every canvas ships in purpose-built art packaging designed specifically for canvas art. Corner protection inserts are included. We engineered our packaging around the most common transit failure point — the canvas corner. Your piece will arrive ready to hang, with a sawtooth hanger already installed.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 business days of your order date, contact us at elevarecanvases@gmail.com.

International Shipping

International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at elevarecanvases@gmail.com before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping costs for your location.
